About

Hello,

My name is Isabella and welcome to my blog.

Fashion Management graduate having studied at The London College of Fashion. I have experience in PR/Events for brands like Erdem, The National Theatre, The Dune Group, Oasis, Escada, Burberry and Arcadia. Also in other roles at Gant, House of Fraser, Paul Smith, New Look. And some styling experience.

But always looking for more opportunities!

I love languages – Italian, German and French being my speciality!

I adore the theatre. To me, nothing says a good night out more than a trip to the West End.

I love art and reading, and like to study fashion history and document costumes, when I have time, especially from exhibitions I’ve been to – some on here but some also on my Pinterest account.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia and possible Bipolar, so as you can image, they pretty much dictate my life. I want my blog to be in some way representative of my life and my fluctuating state of mind. People take moving and being in control of yourself for granted. Getting through each day is a constant struggle, which I do my best to fight.

I like quotes, and I think Victor Hugo sums everything up nicely:

“The realities of life do not allow themselves to be forgotten.” ― Victor Hugo, Les Misérables

“Not being heard is no reason for silence.” ― Victor Hugo, Les Misérables

“There is something more terrible than a hell of suffering–a hell of boredom.” ― Victor Hugo, Les Misérables

“It is not easy to keep silent when silence is a lie.” ― Victor Hugo

“Each man should frame life so that at some future hour fact and his dreaming meet.” ― Victor Hugo

“There is nothing like a dream to create the future.” ― Victor Hugo, Les Misérables
